I am Louise Ertman, a seasoned entrepreneur, business coach, and board member. In 2003, I founded the restaurant chain, Letzsushi.dk, and grew it to 16 branches with over 150 employees before selling it in 2017.

Today, my focus is on empowering ambitious professionals and entrepreneurs. I guide you through organizational transitions, help you discover your 'why', manage your work-life balance, and build a successful business with expert support. I invest my time, money, and passion in small to medium-sized businesses dedicated to growth.

Additionally, I offer my insights and strategic expertise as an experienced board member. Serving on various boards has given me invaluable knowledge, which could contribute to your organization's vision and growth.

I also champion the cause of entrepreneurial women, aiming to increase our visibility and strengthen our impact in the business world.

On a personal note, I am a wife, mother of three, and based in Dubai.
